You have 30 days to enroll from your hire date!
Mobile County Public Schools (MCPS) makes enrolling in your [2027] benefits simple and convenient by offering on-site support throughout the enrollment process. Employees have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with their account manager, who is available to answer questions, explain benefit options, and provide personalized guidance — helping you make confident, informed decisions without added stress.

• Bank account information (to sign up for direct deposit)

Spouse and children’s date of birth and Social Security number if considering coverage for them
• Beneficiary
information, including (if a trust) full name and date of trust
Maximize Your Income
Your benefits are offered under a Section 125 Plan, which may provide financial advantages. Under this plan, premiums for certain benefits are taken from your paycheck before tax, allowing you more spendable income.
Your Section 125 benefits don’t automatically renew each year, so be sure to complete your enrollment and sign your election form — even if you don’t plan to make any changes.
