Types of Leave
Family
Up to six weeks in a 52-week period to care for a seriously ill child, spouse, domestic partner, parent, parent-in-law or grandparent, or to bond with a newborn child, new adopted child or new foster-care child under the age of 16 years old.
Medical
Up to 30 weeks in a 52-week period of leave due to a personal temporary disability or non-work related injury with wage loss protection
The maximum limit for all leave combined is up to 30 weeks in a 52-week period with a seven day waiting period.

Benefit amount: 4.62% of the wages paid to you in the highest earning quarter of your base period
Maximum weekly benefit = $1,070 starting July 2024 Minimum weekly benefit = $130 starting July 2024 |
