- County, municipal and school districts employers may elect coverage for Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI)

Types of Leave
Family
Up to 12 consecutive weeks or up to eight weeks (56 days) of intermittent leave in a 12 month period to bond with a newborn, newly placed adoptive or foster child, or to provide care for a seriously ill or injured family member, and can also be used for safe leave*
Medical
Up to 26 weeks for any 12-month period for a physical or mental health condition or other disability unrelated to their work

Benefit Amount: up to 85% of a worker's average weekly wage Maximum weekly benefit = $1,055 for 2024 and $1,801 for 2025 |
