The State Health Benefit Plan (SHBP) is a division of the Georgia Department of Community Health that provides health insurance, pharmacy benefits, and wellness programs to over 660,000 state employees, teachers, public school employees, retirees, and their dependents. It also provides options for Health Savings Accounts and Health Reimbursement Arrangements.
