Limited Benefit Accident Only Insurance may help manage out-of-pocket expenses to treat injuries resulting from a covered accident. This plan pays benefits directly to you, and may help you with unplanned accident medical expenses.
How the Plan Works
All benefits are paid only as a result of Injuries received in an Accident that occurs while coverage is in force. All treatment, procedures, and medical equipment must be diagnosed, recommended and treated by a Physician. All benefits are paid once per Covered Person per Covered Accident unless otherwise specified. Refer to your brochure and/or policy for details.
