American Fidelity is excited to introduce its new Critical Illness Insurance Plan, designed to help provide limited financial support during challenging times, including coverage for a new cancer diagnosis. This enhanced plan offers significant updates to help provide better protection for you and your family.
Highlights of the Critical Illness Plan:
- Cancer Diagnosis Coverage: Receive benefits to help alleviate financial burdens following a new cancer diagnosis.
- Improved Spousal Rider: The optional spousal rider has been enhanced, increasing the benefit from 50% to 100% of the employee’s benefit for even greater family support.
- Flexible Benefit Options: Choose from lump sum benefit amounts of $10,000, $20,000, or $30,000, tailored to your needs.
- No Pre-Existing Condition Limitation: American Fidelity has waived the pre-existing condition limitation, helping to ensure broader eligibility and peace of mind.
