We customize benefits for the education industry and help create a strategy for your benefits program.
Our Offerings
Section 125
Plan
Let us help you create and maintain your Section 125 Plan, including the plan document. We'll also handle employee education, provide compliance assistance, and ongoing support through the plan year.
Supplemental
Benefits
We can work with you to serve the needs of your employees by enhancing your current benefits program or creating a new one.
Dependent Verification
Reviews
Help ensure you aren't paying medical premiums for ineligible dependents with an annual review. Our process is confidential and can be completed during your annual enrollment.
Flexible Spending
Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), especially Healthcare Flexible Spending Accounts (HCFSAs), are a popular way to provide a tax advantage to your employees with pre-tax contributions.
Health Savings
Accounts
Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) offer a triple tax advantage to help employees pay for current or future healthcare expenses.
Health Reimbursement Arrangements
Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) are completely funded by employers and allow for more control of plan design and covered medical expenses.
Your Customized Benefits Enrollment
Every employee is different. Your enrollment methods should be too. We offer multiple ways for employees to enroll in their benefits, aiming to reduce confusion and increase participation.
In-Person
In-person enrollments allow employees to meet individually with an account manager onsite to get their questions answered and help ensure they select the benefits that best meet their needs.
Virtual Assisted Enrollment
This enrollment allows employees to meet face-to-face via video conference with an account manager. Employees will be provided a webinar link when they sign up for their enrollment appointment.
Self-Enrollment
Through AFenroll, employees can enroll through our secure online system. The site contains educational benefits and enrollment videos to help answer questions. AFenroll also supports new hire enrollments and life status event changes all year.
Kiosk
After attending a group meeting, employees can utilize a tablet to navigate through an online self-enrollment. An account manager will be available to answer questions related to benefits or the enrollment process.
